Getting braces is a big financial decision, and I was very nervous going into this whole process (for the first time) with my oldest son. Dr. Zack's office offers flexible hours (evenings hours and weekends), which has been incredibly convenient for our family and I have been so impressed with the technology (3D custom printed brackets) that he uses to map out treatment step-by-step.
After a recent big adjustment, Dr. Zack personally texted me the next day (on his personal time) just to check on my son and to see how he was feeling-- a real life personal text, not AI, not a staff member... just a real note of care from Dr. Zack. He wanted to know how my son's pain level was and offering to make adjustments if he needed them. His level of care goes above and beyond.
Dr. Zack strikes a rare balance in that he’s created a very laid-back and relatable atmosphere in his office (which is great with my teenage son), while also being incredibly professional, technically skilled, knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. No. You can schedule a consultation directly with our office, no referral is required. Before treatment begins, patients should have had a dental exam and cleaning within the last six months and be free of untreated cavities or active gum disease.
Yes. We offer clear aligner treatment for patients who want a more discreet option.
Treatment time varies depending on the complexity of your case, but many patients complete treatment in 18 to 24 months.
We accept most dental insurance plans. Please note that Medicaid is not accepted.
